    1. Long press the power button to switch on the monitor.

    Connect to the APP via Bluetooth.

    3. Move the probe around until the heartbeat sound is heard from the built-in speaker and see a stable HR value. 

    2. Apply coupling gel to the probe, place the probe against the abdomen.

    4. Listen to the fetal heartbeats.
