Two Levels of Pressure
For New Levels of Pleasure
iBreeze BPAP System can deliver two different values of air pressure, one for inhaling, another for exhaling, to hold a user’s upper airway open and help him/her breathe more effectively.
Made to Be Mighty
iBreeze BPAP machine comes with a powerful motor made of ultra-durable materials. It can continuously provide pressurized air to a user with pressure up to 30 cmH2O (highest in the market).
So the BPAP is ideal for treating patients with respiratory insufficiency and sleep apnea, like COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea), CSA (Central Sleep Apnea), OHS (Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome) etc.
*The BiPAP is especially a great choice for patients who suffer from snoring with episodes of apnea but cannot adjust to CPAP machine.
ST Mode & Backup Rate (BUR)
A BPM value (Breaths per Minute) can be set as a backup rate in S/T Mode. If the user's spontaneous respiratory rate falls below that value, the device will add pressure to prompt him/her to breathe.
With the machine intervening in the breathing, it can help the user inhale and exhale more easily during challenging conditions, lowering respiratory muscle workload. It can also get the user more oxygen and reduce CO2 in the user's bloodstream.
Auto Adjust for Optimal Pressure
iBreeze BiPAP is able to intelligently analyze the changes in the user’s breathing patterns, giving the user optimal levels of air pressure on a breath by breath basis.
With the EVAPS (Efficient Volume Assured Pressure Support) option chosen, the device auto adjusts the inspiratory positive airway pressure (IPAP) and expiratory positive airway pressure (EPAP) for better efficiency and comfort. Meanwhile, the auto Bi-level machine will well maintain a target tidal volume the user needs.
Therapeutic Comfort Taken to the Next Level
With a lower expiratory pressure, iBreeze BiPAP machine can ensure maximum comfort during NIV (Non-Invasive Ventilation) therapy. It also provides the patient with advanced ramp settings, expiratory pressure relief, and an integrated humidifier to better get rid of discomfort. So the patient can become compliant more quickly and maintain the long term compliance.
*iBreeze BiPAP is also a great choice for patients who can't adjust to CPAP machines.
Ramp Settings
The air pressure can be built up from a lower level after the treatment begins.
Then the pressure will be increased gradually and comfortably to prescribed level after the user falls asleep.
Expiratory Relief
Although the EPAP can be much lower during bi-level ventilation therapy, some may still feel a bit difficult to exhale. iBreeze IPR technology (Intelligent Pressure Release) can reduce EPAP further to more comfortable values.
Heated Humidifier
The integrated humidifier can produce moist air without getting affected by changes of parameters in ambient air. It helps keep the user’s mouth and nose from getting dry, it's easy to clean, and it will stop heating if the water runs out.
Advanced Event Detection
With its up-to-date algorithm, iBreeze auto Bi-PAP Machine can identify and analyze different types of respiratory events, letting the device accurately control the air flow.
Meanwhile, all the therapy insights in 3 years are saved in an SD card. The data can be reviewed on the device's screen, a windows computer (Download the PC software), or an online data management tool.
Monitored Respiratory Events
- AHI (Apnea–Hypopnea Index)
- OAI (Obstructive Apnea Index)
- CAI (Central Apnea Index)
- HI (Hypopnea Index)
- SNI (Snore Index)
- FL (Flow Limitation)
- RERA (Respiratory Effort Related Arousal)
- PB (Periodic Breathing)
More Therapy Modes & Ti-Control
iBreeze BiPAP System offers a wide range of therapy modes to treat different respiratory conditions, severe or mild. In all major therapy modes, it allows the user to set the inspiration time (Ti-Control) for spontaneous breathing. If the duration of breathing in goes outside the set range, the machine can change the timing of IPAP/EPAP delivery to help the user breathe normally.
* Mode name ended with (30) means the pressure can go up to 30 cmH2O in this mode, eg S/T(30).
* Long press Ramp button and navigation dial simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch the unit to Doctor Menu so pressure value, therapy mode and other advanced settings can be adjusted.
All You Need on the Touch Screen
With a 5” touch screen, you can operate the breathing machine very conveniently. Setting major values, switching between modes, managing therapy data can be done easier than ever before.
Full Face Mask with Premium Quality
The BiPAP comes optionally with a full face mask which is able to create a heavy-duty seal. It’s a better choice especially for users who need higher pressure (above 20 cmH2O) during therapy session.
The full face mask has 3 different sizes.
Simple to Use & Ideal for User Management
For both end users and doctors, the device is very easy to set up and adjust due to its user-friendly interface. It’s online data management tool can allow a doctor to track his patients' sleep data and compliance conveniently, making sure they are receiving the right therapy.
Auto-ST Mode (ST-A)
For Additional Efficiency & Comfort
On top of ST mode, iBreeze BiPAP also has Auto-ST mode (ST-A). It can auto adjust both IPAP and EPAP smoothly at the same time, delivering a fixed target tidal volume or constant pressure support as per different conditions of patients. It makes therapy way more comfortable and efficient than what traditional BiPAP ST machines provide, which cannot auto adjust EPAP values. Just a very few advanced BiPAPs in the market use this technology.
An auto back up rate can be determined automatically in Auto-ST mode as well. There is no need to set a fixed back up rate any more so user discomfort can be reduced and irregular breathing can be corrected much better.
A New Life
Our BiPAP machines have effectively helped hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, protecting their ability to breathe. This device can make patients with sleep apnea or COPD sleep better, reduce their chances of hospital admission, and really improve their quality of life.

Quick Operation Guide (Including Parameters of S/T(30) Mode)
Parameters of S/T(30) Mode
- S/T(30) Mode is an important therapy mode and many of its parameters can be set in the same way in other therapy modes.
- When S/T Mode (Spontaneous/Timed Mode) chosen, iBreeze BPAP can monitor how many spontaneous breaths a user takes per minute. If the user doesn’t take enough spontaneous breaths, the machine will add pressure to help him/her breathe.
- S/T(30) Mode is a therapy mode in which air pressure can go up to 30 cmH2O.
IPAP: 4-30cmH2O (≥EPAP)
Value of air pressure for inhaling (inspiratory positive airway pressure).
EPAP: 4-30cmH2O (≤IPAP)
Value of air pressure for exhaling (expiratory positive airway pressure).
Rise Time: 100-900ms(0.1-0.9s)
Time the machine takes to change from EPAP to IPAP.
Vt: ON (200-2000ml) / OFF
It's to switch on EVAPS which allows IPAP to change automatically, providing the user with optimal levels of air pressure and maximum comfort while maintaining a fixed target tidal volume his/her therapy needs (the tidal volume / Vt can be chosen from 200 to 2000ml).
When Vt is ON, the IPAP value can’t be set manually because IPAP will auto change and not be a fixed value. Two other parameters need to be set, which are IPAP Max, IPAP Min. The value of the changing IPAP is limited between IPAP Max and IPAP Min.
When Vt is OFF, the IPAP value can be set manually and will become a fixed value during therapy, and parameters of IPAP Max and IPAP Min can’t be chosen.
IPAP Max: 4-30cmH2O (≥IPAP Min)
Maximum value for IPAP. Can be set only if Vt is ON (EVAPS is ON).
IPAP Min: 4-30cmH2O (≤IPAP Max)
Minimun value for IPAP. Can be set only if Vt is ON (EVAPS is ON).
Ti: 0.3-4s
Time the machine takes to add pressure to help the user breathe in. Kicks in when user’s respiratory rate falls below the backup breathing rate (BPM / BUR).
F: 5-50 BPM
F / Backup breathing frequency / Breaths per Minute (BPM) / Backup Rate (BUR). If the user's respiratory rate falls below the value of backup rate, the machine will add pressure to prompt him/her to breathe.
Ti Control: ON/OFF
Able to set the inspiration time for the user’s spontaneous breathing if Ti Control is ON. If the inspiration time for spontaneous breathing goes outside the set range (Ti Min to Ti Max), the machine can change the timing of IPAP/EPAP delivery to help the user breathe normally.
If Ti Control is OFF, the machine will not intervene in user's spontaneous inhalation time.
Ti Max: 0.1-4s(≥Ti Min)
The longest period of time for the user’s spontaneous inhalation the machine allows. Can be set only if Ti Control is ON.
Ti Min: 0.1-4s(≤Ti Max)
The shortest period of time for the user’s spontaneous inhalation the machine allows. Can be set only if Ti Control is ON.
I Trigger: 1-5, Auto
Parameter for adjusting the machine’s sensitivity to responding to user’s spontaneous inspiration. If a higher number selected, IPAP becomes more likely to be triggered. The default value is 3 and this value can be chosen by most users.
E Trigger: 1-5, Auto
Parameter for adjusting the machine’s sensitivity to responding to user’s spontaneous exhalation. If a higher number selected, EPAP becomes more likely to be triggered. The default value is 3 and this value can be chosen by most users.
Press ADJ: 1-3
Parameter for controlling how quickly IPAP can auto adjust to maintain a target tidal volume (Vt) the user needs. The higher the number is, the faster IPAP can auto adjust. The default value is 2 and this value can be chosen by most users. Can be set only if Vt is ON.
- The default values of I Trigger, E Trigger, Press ADJ can be used by most customers.
- Ti-Control and Ti are two different parameters that may confuse some doctors or users. Ti-Control is to let the machine control the timing for a user’s inhalation so the duration of his/her spontaneous inhalation is limited within certain range (Ti Min-Ti Max); Ti is how much time the machine takes to add pressure to help a user inhale when his/her spontaneous respiratory rate is below normal.
- EVAPS (Efficient Volume Assured Pressure Support) allows IPAP to change automatically while maintaining a target tidal volume the user needs, providing the user with maximum comfort. This type of advanced technology is also known as AVAPS (by Philips) and another type of very similar technology is iVAPS (by ResMed).
