    Can this be used with a pacemaker?

    Pacemaker patients need to consult a specialist or doctor after measuring results.

    Will the unit tell me if my heart is currently in atrial fibrillation, or will it just read out ‘irregular heartbeat?

    It can detect if your heart is currently in atrial fibrillation and reported as "irregular heartbeat". Arrhythmia, Heart Pause, Atrial Fibricular (AF), Tachycardia & Bradycardia, Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC), all of these are shown as 'Irregular heart beat'.

    Will this work with phone APP? How to use with my smartphone?

    It will. DuoEK can work with iOS 9.0 or above, iPhone 4s / iPad 3 or above, also can work with Android 5.0 or above


    Use the APP “ViHealth”, install the latest APP “ViHealth” on your smartphone(support BLE Bluetooth) from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

    - Switch on the device Bluetooth in Setting->Bluetooth.

    - Switch on the Phone Bluetooth.

    - Run the APP, add the device in the APP. (don’t pair the device in the phone Setting menu, only in the APP)

    - The data will be downloaded automatically

    How to active my DuoEK?

    Activate the device before the first use by charging the device.

    Note: Device will not work without activation. 

    Can DuoEK work with computer?

    No

    How to sync data?

    No, you do not need to pay to save your EKGs. Our application allows local storage of your EKG history at no additional charge as part of our basic service.

    What is the DouEK built-in storage?

    10 sessions, if EKG length is less than 1 minute; 1 session if EKG lengh is 15 minutes.

    Can this be used longer than 10 minutes to detect my heart issues?

    Yes. DuoEK can detect up to 15min. After 15 minutes, it will end automatically. Data is saved in device.

    What does the measurement results mean?

    Regular heart beat:

    The recorded EKG is in a common regularpattern.

    Irregular heart beat:

    The recorded EKG is in an erratic pattern. Itmay be caused by overload of heart or otherconditions. If you have measured withinverse direction, please try again withcorrect direction.

    Poor signal:

    Moisten skin; try other method (Lead II, chest lead or Lead I); Try to keep still during test.

    Do you just place the device on the chest wall? are you able to use to the leads provided for these measurements?

    DuoEK has two ways of measurement: hand-held or wearing.
