    Can this be used with a pacemaker?

    Pacemaker patients need to consult a specialist or doctor after measuring results.

    Will the unit tell me if my heart is currently in atrial fibrillation, or will it just read out ‘irregular heartbeat?

    It can detect if your heart is currently in atrial fibrillation and reported as "irregular heartbeat". Arrhythmia, Heart Pause, Atrial Fibricular (AF), Tachycardia & Bradycardia, Premature Ventricular Contraction (PVC), all of these are shown as 'Irregular heart beat'.

    Will this work with phone APP? How to use with my smartphone?

    It will. PulseBit can work with iOS 9.0 or above, iPhone 4s / iPad 3 or above, also can work with Android 5.0 or above


    Use the APP “ViHealth”, install the latest APP “ViHealth” on your smartphone(support BLE Bluetooth) from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

    - Switch on the device Bluetooth in Setting->Bluetooth.

    - Switch on the Phone Bluetooth.

    - Run the APP, add the device in the APP. (don’t pair the device in the phone Setting menu, only in the APP)

    - The data will be downloaded automatically

    Will this work with my windows computer? How to use?

    It will. Pulsebit EX can work with windows system, compatible systems include Windows 7 / 8 / 10, not compatible with Mac.

    Use the PC Software “Pulsebit Browser”


    Download the latest version from www.ranealth.com/pages/pc-software it on Windows PC.

    To export data:


    - Connect the device to PC with the USB cable

    - On device, Settings->To PC

    - Open the PC software, download data from the deviceWith the PC software, you can view and print report, which can also be exported as PDF files.

    Does the ECG report include the QTC interval?

    The machine will not report the QTC interval, but the waveform analysis on the PC software has a ruler analysis tool. By measuring the electrocardiogram, it can be seen whether the QTC interval is abnormal.

    Do I have to pay to save my ekgs?

    No, you do not need to pay to save your EKGs. Our application allows local storage of your EKG history at no additional charge as part of our basic service.

    What is the EX built-in storage?

    The storage of unit is 30s x 100 pieces. You can transfer recorded data to unlimited-storage APP and PC software.

    Where can I find a pack of replacement electrodes pads?

    The reusable electrodes pads for Pulsebit EX are sold on website store, please search https://ranealth.com/products/reusable-pads. It’s recommended to replace the electrodes every 10 measures. The performance of the electrode will decrease after an excessive use.

    Can this be use longer than 5 minutes to detect my heart issues?

    No. The unit let's you choose one of 3 monitor lengths (30 seconds, 60 seconds, and 5 minutes) with 5 minutes being the longest. Our another procuct called ‘DuoEK’ can detect up to 15min.

    What does the measurement results mean?

    Heart Rate:

    The number of times your heart beats per minutecalculated from the ECG.

    The reference range for adult is 60-100 beats perminute in resting condition and higher in fitness.Control your maximum heart rate during fitness orexercise to avoid overload of the heart.

    ECG:

    An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a test that recordsthe electrical activity of the heart.

    Regular heart beat - the recorded ECG is in acommon regular pattern.

    Irregular heart beat - the recorded ECG is in anerratic pattern. It may be caused by overload ofheart or other conditions.

    For the precordial leads do you just place the device on the chest wall? are you able to use to the leads provided for these measurements?

    For chest lead, we advise you to use the external cable for 5 mins measurement, which will help you get noise-free ECG. The Pulsebit EX is not only supported place the device on the chest wall, it supports Lead I, Lead II and Cable lead.
